Long Angle members have access to member-sourced exclusive deal flow. These are curated to select best opportunities across a variety of asset classes including real estate, angel, hedge funds, VC, crypto, private equity, and and arbitrage strategies.

Monthly / Ad-Hoc Updates

• Some fund GP's provide monthly updates on fund returns.

• Most GP's provide occasional ad hoc updates on major business milestones or market conditions.

Quarterly Updates

• Most GP's provide quarterly performance updates on fund returns and activities. Some are available immediately at the end of the quarter, and others take several weeks for the GP to calculate.

• In cases where there GP does not provide quarterly updates proactively, Long Angle will solicit updates from GP and create a customer quarterly document for SPV members.

Communication Process & Investor Portal

• Long Angle will relay to SPV members any update or commentary received from GP's within 24 hours of receipt. Updates will be relayed via email.

• In addition, Long Angle will post copies of all monthly/quarterly/annual performance updates to the Investor Portal.

• Signed investor agreements and related are always available on the investor portal.

Taxes

• K-1s and related tax documents will be available directly via the investor portal.

• K-1 timing will vary by SPV, depending on when the GP provides K-1's to the SPV. Investors should expect to file a return extension in most cases.

Net Asset Value (NAV)

• Whenever GP provides NAV updates to Long Angle, we will update the NAV calculation for each individual investor on the Investor Portal.

• Long Angle serves as a central point of contact to facilitate communication between funds and SPV members. Please contact Long Angle with questions about fund performance, tax returns, etc.; in cases where we do not already know the answer, we will get updates from the GP's as quickly as possible.
